My journey
For years, I lived in the corporate fast lane — consulting, managing, multitasking, and quietly burning out. It wasn’t just me. People I loved were struggling too. Different symptoms, same story: tired, inflamed, and confused about what “healthy” even meant.
So, I did what any Type A problem-solver who is passionate about learning does — I went down the research rabbit hole. Only to emerge more confused than ever.
Low-fat or high-fat? Plant-based or paleo? Was protein a hero or a villain this week?
The more I read, the clearer one thing became: we’ve turned food — something beautifully simple — into a maze of marketing, fear, and profit. That realisation changed everything.
I decided to go back to science — the real science. I completed an MSc in Holistic Nutrition, where I fell in love with the concept of biochemical individuality — the truth that there’s no one-size-fits-all diet. I became fascinated by epigenetics and how what we eat, think, and do can literally reprogram our genes toward resilience.
My early work focused on gut health, the command centre for everything from immunity to mood.
As I evolved (and aged out of the “30–45” survey box 😅), I expanded into hormonal balance and longevity, helping clients understand how food, stress, and lifestyle shape how we age — and how we feel.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of science, behaviour, and rebellion.
I help people — from busy professionals to parents to teams — cut through the noise, understand their biology, and reclaim their vitality without elitist wellness culture. Because health shouldn’t belong to the wealthy few — it belongs to everyone with a body. In practice, that means working with individuals and organisations to build evidence-based nutrition strategies that are sustainable, personal, and empowering.
Sometimes that’s one-to-one nutritional coaching. Sometimes it’s a workshop or wellbeing initiative that gets a whole office rethinking what’s on their plate.
But always, it’s about the same thing: making real food and real health accessible again.
